The Story Behind This Dish
โA proper mint chutney is the simplest thing in the world and yet it makes everything better. The balance is everything โ enough lemon to brighten, enough yogurt to round it out, enough mint to hit you clean. It should coat a spoon, not drip off it.โ
Wine pairing: Served as a condiment โ pairs with whatever it accompanies
